Um rotarische Ambitionen bereits in jungen Jahren zu verwirklichen wurde Rotaract alias “Rotary in Action” initiiert. Rotaract ist damit Teil der rotarischen Familie, die gemeinsam ehrenamtliches Engagement realisiert. Neben der Verbesserung der humanen und ökologischen Lebensqualität fördert Rotaract auch die berufliche Selbstentwicklung. Vielfältige Vorträge und Ausflüge führen zu neuen Perspektiven und Motivationen, die im internationalen Austausch mit 290.000 Rotaractern zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren aus 178 Ländern geteilt werden können. Da neue Impressionen und aktive Hilfe durstig machen, stoßen wir gerne auf erfolgreiche Projekte an und feiern den Erfolg gemeinsam mit der rotarischen Familie. Wir handeln daher nach der Parole:
“Lernen – Helfen – Feiern!”
To support the ambitions of the Rotarian community Rotaract – which stands for “Rotary in Action” – enables socially committed persons between 18 and 30 years the ability to become a part of the Rotarian family. Together we improve the social and ecological livability and – as a side effect – optimize the professional self-development. New perspectives and incentives are generated by manifold presentations and excursions which can be shared with 290.000 Rotaracters in 178 countries around the globe. New impressions and active help result in thirst which we like to satisfy while celebrating successful results together with our Rotarian friends. Therefore, we act according to the slogan:
